FA Company Spotlight: Parter
In a world where a single container stuck in the wrong port can blow a product launch, and where hardware design cycles now fight on the same battlefield as global politics, three former Israeli Military Intelligence Unit 81 veterans decided they'd had enough of watching brilliant engineering teams get crushed by chaos. They built Parter, an AI-native platform born to turn the noise into a signal, the mess into momentum, and the volatility into a competitive weapon.
Co-founder and CEO Asaf Israelit knows the front lines of operational complexity. From building cutting-edge tech in Unit 81 (2011–2015) to scaling UVeye's U.S. operations, he's seen how a misaligned supply chain can kneecap even the sharpest execution. Co-founder and CTO Omer Gilat, also forged in Unit 81, engineered mission-critical systems at Innoviz and Prospera, where failure was never an option. Co-founder and VP of R&D Ronen Hoffer took data from raw to refined at Starburst, Varada, Adallom, and Microsoft, building infrastructure that doesn't blink under scale. Together, they're not theorizing about complexity. They've lived it.
Parter's mission is deceptively simple: give hardware teams clarity in a world designed to keep them guessing. Fragmented BOMs, volatile supply chains, compliance mazes, and a daily diet of fire drills aren't challenges, they're business killers. The platform ingests messy, siloed data from PDFs, spreadsheets, ERP exports, and PLM systems, then cleans, structures, and turns it into a single source of truth. Its AI flags risks before they hit, tariff spikes, part obsolescence, supplier instability, and suggests verified drop-in replacements with real-time inventory intelligence. Compliance isn't an afterthought; it's automated.
Even in stealth, the impact has been loud. RH Group, a global electronics manufacturer, says Parter completely transformed how we manage sourcing and quoting. The Palantir Foundry-backed accelerator named them one of just 25 AI-native startups tackling complex, data-rich industries. And in July 2025, StageOne Ventures led a $5.5M seed round, joined by Zenda Capital, Mercer Ventures, Shmil Levy, Cisco execs, and founders from Avalor, Datorama, Epsagon, and Innoviz.
Parter isn't bolting AI onto old systems. It's built from the silicon up for hardware's complexity. As more manufacturers plug in, the platform's intelligence compounds, creating a data moat competitors can't fake. The timing isn't just good, it's surgical. Reshoring, nearshoring, regulatory upheaval, and post-pandemic resilience planning have put hardware operations in the spotlight.
Operating between New York and Tel Aviv, Parter is hiring across AI / ML, product, data engineering, sales, and customer success. Because the hardware revolution is here, and clarity doesn't wait.
